[Open up your email composer that you normally use to email people, you should see a link or button that says "attach file", click on that, it will open up a list of all the files on your computer. You simply search for the picture you would like to email us then click on "open"; it will attach your picture to the email then send the email as normal.
When emailing photos or text to us, be sure to type in the subject heading of the email: the last name AND last 4 digits of the phone number from the individual who filled out the "Order information" when memorial was created. Without this information we will not know who sent the photos, text.

[The individual that has donated the memorial to you should have provided you with a User name and a Password, you will need these names to set up the memorial. Go to the home page and click on the "Create Memorial" link to the left, you will be prompted to enter the User name and Password to enter the site. Once you have done so, just answer the questions on how you would like the memorial to look and fill out the Order information at the bottom of the page then click the "submit" button to complete the memorial.]

[Yes. You could take the photos to a copy center like "Office Max" for example and have them make copies of the photos to send to us (Do not send us original photos, as we cannot send them back) and we can then scan them into our system. Just click on "Contact us" for our mailing address]
[Setting up an online memorial is fast and easy to do. After you place your order, by clicking on "Place Order" to chose how long you wish services to continue, you will be prompted to make a payment. Once payment is confirmed you will be given a user name and a password (make sure you write this information down!) then you simply go to "Create memorial" from the home page to enter your user name and password. Once you are logged-in you may create the memorial by first deciding what style you would like by choosing a sample 1-12. Then you choose what icons you wish to appear in your memorial from a list, (Icons are the small pictures displayed in memorials. Examples: Cross, Purple heart, etc.) or you may upload your own icons to be displayed! next add your text and photo.
