Sympathy Card

If you are donating a memorial to a friend or family member and wish to have us inform them of your donation, we will send them a sympathy card with your name in it and the password information needed to set-up the memorial by your choice of either U.S. mail or  email; just fill out the form below and we will take care of the rest.

  *Please note: The back of the card will either display "Please log-on to: www.InLovingCare.net to view memorial" if you have set-up the memorial for the person receiving the card.

 Otherwise, if you intend to have the person receiving the card set-up the memorial, or if they will make arrangements for someone else to set it up for them, it will read: "Please log-on to: www.InLovingCare.net to set up the memorial....
